This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ong24 platform by all users in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering or using the ong24 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ong24 platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and ong24 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those amended terms.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services provided by ong24. This platform is intended solely for legally eligible adults.
2 Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on ong24. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your account password remains confidential and is not shared with any other party. ong24 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ong24 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and request supporting documents where necessary. False or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

3 Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Ong24 platform users are required to comply with all established usage rules. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraud of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are not permitted to use the ong24 platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity. ong24 reserves the right to report suspected activities to the relevant authorities.
All user communications on the platform must be respectful and free from offensive language, threats, or racially charged content. ong24 reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend the accounts of users involved.
Users are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or renting their account to any other party. An ong24 account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4 Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ong24 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking, Touch 'n Go, and FPX.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change. Users are encouraged to check the latest limit information in their account section before making any transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the registered and verified bank account held in the same user's name. ong24 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud or if identity verification requirements have not been met.
All refunds or transaction cancellations are subject to the policy in effect at the time the transaction was made. ong24 does not bear any costs or fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Bonuses and promotions offered by ong24 are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements and validity period before accepting any bonus.
5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ong24 Limitation of Liability
The ong24 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. ong24 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ong24 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Ong24 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the stated terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or threatened the security of the platform. Any legitimate funds remaining in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software found on the ong24 platform are the exclusive property of ong24 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any ong24 intellectual property without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The ong24 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ong24 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk.
6 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Ong24 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation first. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be deemed void, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
